University of St. Francis was granted and received the Student Portion of HEERF Student Funding in the amount of $769,837 in February, 2021.
Included in the legislation was guidance that these funds were to be granted to our neediest students. In determining how this money was to be spent USF deemed that our neediest group of student were those with an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) that would fall into the range that qualified for federal or state need based grants.

The guidance that has come out with this round of funding (spring 2021) is different than the guidance provided with CARES funding so this year you were not eligible.
We will never speak to others about how much any student receives. If you did not receive funds, it is likely that you were not in the (need-based) range required to be awarded HEERF II funding.
